What working at Rodd looks like.
The work we do reaches every major consumer market in the world.
Day to day that means working on briefs across consumer electronics, health-tech, kitchen tools, sustainable design and digital experience, often from early-stage insight through to production.
We are a small studio with an unusually large portfolio. That ratio means designers here carry real responsibility early and have the opportunity to do genuinely meaningful work before their career is fully formed.
Starting out, need a hand?
Every month we run a free virtual portfolio clinic for design students, recent graduates and career changers.
It is a chance to show your work to working designers and get honest, specific feedback from people who review portfolios from both sides of the hiring decision. We started running these because we remember what it felt like to be at the beginning, and because the design industry does not always make it easy for emerging talent to get a genuine read on where they stand.
