The digital experience design of iCee focused on providing a seamless and intuitive user interface, allowing users to effortlessly monitor their homes from anywhere.

Designed as part of a connected home system for Goodmans, iCee reports all internal movement, capturing video snippets and delivering them directly to your smartphone. This real-time monitoring capability empowered users with a sense of security and control.

One of the core design principles behind iCee was its versatility—this camera was designed to adapt and excel in a multitude of settings. Equipped with an ultra-wide field of view, high-end optics, and advanced face detection capabilities, iCee could be used across all areas of life - from monitoring a boardroom meeting to keeping a watchful eye on children at home.

Collaborating closely with their OEM, we guided the industrial design and experience design of the product itself, the accompanying mobile application, and the packaging design. By assuming control over every touchpoint, we ensured a coherent and seamless customer experience that exuded the elegance and sophistication associated with the Goodmans brand.

We paid meticulous attention to every aspect of user interaction, from the first unboxing experience to the effortless setup process and ongoing usage. For the mobile app, we created an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interface that allowed users to navigate effortlessly through various camera settings and access their recorded footage with ease.
